Door-to-terminal transfers to Brisbane International Cruise Terminal at Luggage Point and Portside Wharf at Hamilton — with vehicles actually sized for the bags a two-week cruise requires.
Brisbane has two cruise departure points and they are nowhere near each other. Brisbane International Cruise Terminal sits at Luggage Point in Pinkenba, out past the airport on the northern side of the river — that is where the big international ships now sail from. Portside Wharf at Hamilton is much closer to the city and still handles smaller vessels and river cruising.
Booking a transfer to the wrong one is a genuinely expensive mistake, and it happens more than you would think. Check your ticket, tell us which terminal it names, and if you are not sure, send us a photo of the booking and we will work it out for you before the day.
The other thing people underestimate is luggage. A couple going away for two weeks routinely travels with two large cases, two carry-ons and a garment bag, and that simply does not fit in a sedan boot. We size the vehicle to the bags, not just the headcount, and we would rather send a bigger car than watch you leave something on the driveway.

Cruise days run to the ship's clock, not yours. We plan backwards from your boarding window.
Ship name, sail date and boarding window. If you're not sure which terminal, send a photo of the ticket and we'll confirm it.
Tell us the real luggage count. We quote the vehicle that actually fits it, with the fare fixed up front.
Cruise days are not the day to cut it fine. We build the buffer in and get you there inside your window.
Cruise luggage is bulky. These are listed by how much it will actually swallow.

A higher seating position and a much bigger boot — the sensible pick when luggage or golf clubs are involved.

Face-to-face seating, a flat floor and space to actually talk. The workhorse for families and small teams.

Coach seating with a dedicated luggage area — one vehicle instead of three, and one arrival time instead of three.
Large international ships almost always sail from Brisbane International Cruise Terminal at Luggage Point, Pinkenba. Portside Wharf at Hamilton handles smaller vessels and river cruising. Your ticket will name it — and if it isn't clear, send us a photo of the booking and we'll confirm before the day.
Most lines want you inside a specific boarding window rather than simply 'before departure', and arriving outside it can mean a long wait in a queue. We plan the pickup backwards from your window with real traffic allowances built in, particularly for the Gateway Motorway.
Yes, and it's worth booking. Disembarkation rarely runs exactly to schedule, so we track the ship's actual arrival rather than the printed one and build wait time into the return leg.
That depends entirely on being honest with us about the case count. A couple on a two-week cruise usually needs an SUV at minimum, and a family almost always needs a V-Class. Tell us the number of large cases when you enquire and we'll size it properly.
Regularly. Long-distance pickups for cruise departures are one of our most common jobs — the fare is fixed, the driver arrives early, and it removes the problem of parking a car at a terminal for a fortnight.
Send the ship, the sail date and how many cases you're travelling with. We'll confirm your terminal and quote the right vehicle.
