Hourly as-directed hire keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with you — for multi-stop days, roadshows, appointments, shopping or an evening out. Three-hour minimum, extendable on the day.
Point-to-point pricing moves you from A to B for a fixed fare. It is the cheaper option whenever you genuinely have two addresses and nothing in between — an airport run, a transfer to a venue, a trip home.
Hourly as-directed hire is different: the car and the chauffeur stay with you for a block of time, and where you go during it is entirely up to you. Nothing waits on a booking, nothing needs to be re-arranged between stops, and your bags, coats and shopping stay in the vehicle all day.
The rule of thumb is simple. Three or more stops, or any day where the timings are uncertain, and hourly almost always works out cheaper as well as easier. Two fixed addresses and a known schedule, and point-to-point wins. When you enquire we will price both and tell you which one suits — including when that means the smaller number.

No re-booking between stops, no waiting for a car, no explaining the plan twice.
Start time, rough plan, number of people. It doesn't need to be exact — that's rather the point of hourly hire.
You'll get the hourly block and a point-to-point equivalent where it makes sense, so you can see which is cheaper.
Same driver, same vehicle, all day. Change the plan whenever you like — nothing needs re-booking.
Hourly work rewards comfort — you'll be in and out of this vehicle a dozen times.

Long-wheelbase European sedan — the quietest seat in the fleet, with rear climate control and generous legroom.

The everyday executive car. Discreet, immaculate, and the most economical way to travel one to three people.

A higher seating position and a much bigger boot — the sensible pick when luggage or golf clubs are involved.

Face-to-face seating, a flat floor and space to actually talk. The workhorse for families and small teams.

Coach seating with a dedicated luggage area — one vehicle instead of three, and one arrival time instead of three.
Three hours. That's the standard block across the industry and it reflects the fact that the vehicle and driver are committed to you for the period. Point-to-point transfers have no minimum at all, so for a single run that's the better option.
It's charged at the same hourly rate and agreed with you on the day — there's no penalty rate and no rounding up to the next block without asking. Drivers will flag it as you approach the end rather than letting it silently run on.
No. Fuel, tolls, parking and waiting time are all inside the hourly rate. There is nothing to reimburse the driver for and nothing added to the invoice afterwards.
Usually, once you're doing three or more stops in a day, and almost always when the timings are uncertain. For two fixed addresses point-to-point is cheaper. Ask us to price both and we'll tell you honestly which is the better number for your day.
Yes. Full-day and multi-day bookings are common for visiting executives, film and production work, and family visitors. Multi-day bookings are usually quoted at a better rate than the same hours booked separately.
Tell us the date, the rough plan and how many people. We'll price the hourly block and the point-to-point alternative side by side.
