Chauffeured arrivals for Year 12 formals across Brisbane — vetted professional drivers, immaculate vehicles, and a booking process built around parents as much as students.
Formal season in Queensland runs hard from September through to late November, and the good vehicles are booked out months ahead. If your child's formal is in that window, the honest advice is to sort transport in July or August — by October you are choosing from what is left rather than what you want.
Every driver we put on a formal is fully licensed, accredited and driver-authorised, in business attire, and briefed on the run before the night. They know the venue, the drop-off point, and what time they are collecting. If plans change during the evening, the parent who made the booking is the person we call.
We do not serve alcohol to anyone, and our drivers will not carry passengers who are clearly intoxicated at pickup. That is not us being difficult — it is exactly what most parents want to hear, and it is why a chauffeured booking is a genuinely different proposition to a group of teenagers organising their own lifts.

Pre-formal photos at somebody's house, the arrival, then the after-party. We plan all three.
September to November fills months out. Enquire in July or August for a formal in that window and you'll have real choice.
Photo location, formal venue, finish time and where everyone's going afterwards. We'll build it into one quoted price.
Driver name and number to the booking parent the day before, and a call from the driver on arrival at each stop.
Formal dresses need more room than the seat count suggests — we'll tell you honestly what fits.

Long-wheelbase European sedan — the quietest seat in the fleet, with rear climate control and generous legroom.

A higher seating position and a much bigger boot — the sensible pick when luggage or golf clubs are involved.

Face-to-face seating, a flat floor and space to actually talk. The workhorse for families and small teams.

Coach seating with a dedicated luggage area — one vehicle instead of three, and one arrival time instead of three.
For a September to November formal, book in July or August. That is not a sales line — the larger vehicles genuinely go first and by October you are choosing from leftovers. Smaller sedan bookings have a bit more flexibility but the good dates still go early.
Yes. Every driver is fully licensed, accredited and driver-authorised, and formal-night drivers are briefed on the specific run beforehand. They wear business attire and the booking parent gets their name and number the day before.
No. We do not supply alcohol to minors and our drivers will not carry anyone who is clearly intoxicated at pickup. If there's an issue during the night, the driver calls the parent who made the booking.
Very commonly, yes. One parent books and is the point of contact, and the group settles up between themselves. A minibus across eleven students is usually cheaper per head than several separate cars, and everyone arrives at the same moment.
Yes, and we'd encourage booking both legs at once. Late finishes are fine — we just need them flagged at booking so the driver's night is planned around it rather than a surprise at 11pm.
Send the date, the venue and roughly how many are travelling. We'll come back with vehicle options and a fixed price for the whole night.
